Welcome back to Find your Inner Glow. Today, we are going to be talking about something that is going to trigger the fuck out of you, but, trust me, you need to hear it, okay, because what I'm going to tell you is what you invest time in is actually what's most important to you. Okay, this always comes back to your core values. Everyone's like oh, these are my core values, and I'm like but how do you spend your free time? So, for example, if it's your core value to take care of your health, but you literally just watch Netflix, sit on the sofa and munch on sugar the whole evening, are you prioritizing your health? Probably not, and this is because we constantly think that we should want things or we should want something, but actually, deep down, we don't. But it's really hard to admit to ourselves that we don't. So let's get into some business examples, because we are changing things around here at the moment. If you haven't noticed, I have been talking more to those business owners in my audience, because I feel like I really want to push and push these business owners out of their comfort zone, because your inner child will show up everywhere in your life, especially if you are a female business owner. Okay, I'm sure it shows up if you're a male male business owner or whatever, but I only work with females. Okay, we only work with with females, with those, with those female entrepreneurs who are wanting to really put a stamp on the world and leave a legacy behind them. That's the type of women I really want to work with, because that's ultimately what your inner child does. What you work with on inner child work is you change the trajectory for the rest of your life, for the people who come after you or for the people that you influence if you decide to not have children, okay. So what I really want to talk about today is the fact that what you invest time in is actually what's most important to you. So for my business girls, this is you say you want business success, but you procrastinate. You doom scroll on Instagram, you avoid all your admin tasks. You feel like you actually never have time to do things in your business and you're never on top of anything like this could be absolutely you. Like this is a form of self-sabotage, but you know, we've all been there and I'm gonna go through a couple more reasons and explain why this is happening. Okay, so you may want to create a really big impact with your content.

Speaker 1:

But you may spend three hours on canva editing something that never sees the light of day because you continuously water it down until, yeah, your voice doesn't appear in the post. It doesn't even make sense this post anymore. It doesn't say what you mean and, like you should always mean what you say and say what you mean, right. That means, like you really invest in what you're saying. You, you mean what you fucking say. You show up and you say I'm saying this because I mean it. Okay, but don't be mean about it, don't be angry about it, don't be aggressive about it, but say what you mean, right. And that can only come from when you truly know who you are. And this is a little clue into what the point of this episode will be. But we'll carry on. We'll carry on calling you out because you know I've been here, I've done it. So, yeah, let's carry on calling you out.

Speaker 1:

So you say you want to make more money, but when was the last time you posted about your offer? When was the last time you said, fuck, yeah, I would love to buy this. I would do this myself, all of my offers. Now that I am doing. I have done myself and I have gone through the process and I have felt it and I've understood, like, how that makes me, makes me feel, you know, like, is it making me feel good? Is it making me feel excited? Because that's the feeling I want to inspire in my clients.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so, if you're not posting about your offer but you want to make more money, is it the right offer? Do you believe in it? You know, you might say that you want to make clients, that you want to have clients that make you feel so freaking good, but you still say yes to the clients who never pay on time. They negotiate price, they want something for nothing, they constantly undervalue your services and you still say yes. Is that you saying yes to better clients? No, that's you sticking with the clients that are coming to you. You need to take charge of your target audience, right? I'm not a business coach. I'm not. I'm an alignment coach. I am somebody who is really passionate about alignment and intuition and this is it okay. You need to be able to know how to tap into this and I'm you know, I'm joking about calling you out.

Speaker 1:

We've all been there and we say that we want something because we feel like we should want that thing. We should want it because it's what our parents want for us, it's what Instagram tells us we should need or what society tells us. Uh, maybe there's a part of us that feels like we should want this. You know, let's take it out of business for a second like, oh, I should want that six pack or that big ass or whatever it is that like you see on instagram, right, but you say, I want that, I want to be that person who has a six pack, but you still eat chocolate and you sit on the sofa. I'm gonna mention you don't go to the gym. Because Because, in reality, if you really, really wanted that fucking thing, you'd be in the gym six days a week, you'd be eating protein like nonstop and you would be really committed to that thing.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so I need to ask you with your business, do you really want that business? Do you really want to do that offer in your business? Do you really want that goal that you keep telling yourself that you do but you do not take action towards it? If you're not doing actions towards your goals, if you're not actively pushing towards that goal, you do not want that thing. Okay, and I know that's really hard to hear because this is where you're going to be like, oh, but, kirsty, I have excuses. I have excuses, girl.

Speaker 1:

So you could be like I don't have time. No, it's not that you don't have time, it's not a priority to you, that's it. Replace that I don't have time to like it's not a priority for me. Or I don't make time, and see how that feels for you. Like it feels a lot different to I don't have time because that makes it out of your control. And when I'm in like my business vibe, when I'm in like personal development vibe, I'm always about radical responsibility. Okay, I'm on about those people who are taking radical responsibility, because if you take responsibility, then you are the one who is empowered, right. When you say I don't have time, you are making it out of your control. But actually your time is your own, your diary is your own, your priorities are your own.

Speaker 1:

So if you wanted that thing, you would make time. I don't have the money. Now I've been there and I have been like I don't have the money for this, but I really like it. And guess what in those times when I didn't have money but I really wanted to do something. I found the money. Maybe it was taking it out on credit, maybe it was saving, maybe it was cutting back, maybe it was working more launching a new offer, whatever it was, but I found the way to get the money right. I found the way to get the thing.

Speaker 1:

So again, is it just that you would like it, you know, or is it such a priority for you that you're going to make it happen? It's very, very different energy and I like to throw in like this one, because I always feel like people say this all the time. I would, but right now isn't the right time for me. Well, when is the right time? There's never a right time to have a child. There's never a right time to get married. There's never a right time to have a child. There's never a right time to get married. There's never a right time to change your job. Why? Because life freaking happens, and if you truly believe that this thing is going to change the lives of people, it's going to change your life, then why is right now not the right time?

Speaker 1:

Oh, it's not the right time for me to start a business, why not? It's not a priority, that's it, and you know what start business, why not? It's not a priority, that's it. And you know what like. If it's not, that's okay, take the pressure off yourself. Start saying to yourself that's not a priority for me and that's fucking okay, I don't need to like. And this is where you can meet yourself with some compassion and be like, oh god, I could take the pressure off. I don't have this overwhelming goal hanging over me which I can't, which I feel like I want to. I want, but I always feel like a letdown, I feel like a failure because I'm not taking that action, I'm not doing the thing. I feel paralyzed in decision making because I'm not doing it.

Speaker 1:

You know, the only thing that you should do in this life is get to know yourself. That's ultimately it. Okay, you should get to know yourself. You should know what's important for you. You should know why you're doing the things that you're doing. Okay, because the why is so so important? If you're like I'm doing my business because I want money, guess what? That's not going to get you up in the light of day. Like you know, when it's 5am, it's dark. You really need to go do the thing that you want to do. Maybe that's to go to the gym, maybe that's to launch your offer, maybe it's to meet a client who's on the other side of the world, maybe it's to do something that's really going to fill your cup up. To get more money is not going to be a strong enough. Why? If you say to me I've started my business because I want to create generational wealth for my children, I want to create a lifestyle which is free for me to be able to come and go as I like and work when it feels good for me, to feel that intuitive pull to feel like when I want to work For me, I do not work best nine to five straight up.

Speaker 1:

I don't. I am like, if you, if you're into human design, I'm a projector, which means I literally am optimal for four hours a day. After that, I really really like slide off the edge of a hill. This is why nine to fives don't work for me. So that's why I have to like get up, get moving, move my body, take distractions like go have coffee away from my desk. I have to do things to spread out this intensity of working, because I can tell you now I could put my head down at nine and look up at one and I can work and work, and work.

Speaker 1:

Like I'm not averse to hard work, which I also feel like when you're an entrepreneur, it's always like the oh, earn 100k, but do fuck all work. No, that is not true. You have to put the work in. And I tell you now, girl, I can work and work and work till like the sun comes home, but at that four hour peak I'm like woof, woof, I'm done, I'm so tired. Ah, I'm so, so freaking tired. So, yeah, that's where, like, you really need to know the best ways that you work as well.

Speaker 1:

Like I feel like I'm just dropping so much gold in this episode. I don't like, I don't know like how you're going to remember it all. You may have to go back and, yeah, review all of this, but what I want to talk to you about is my soul mapping session, right? So if you're like, oh my God, I just really desperately want to get on the right track, I'm fed up of pushing this boulder up a hill and not getting anywhere. I feel like I'm so freaking lost with what I need to do right now. I feel like my business is really out of alignment with me, but I don't want to. I don't want to give it up because I don't want to give up the time that I've invested in it. This is the sunk cost fallacy, which I'm going to do an episode on, completely because it deserves its own own spotlight. It's a really interesting concept. So's gonna be a new episode, so keep your eyes peeled for that.

Speaker 1:

But with my soul mapping coaching session. Like I birthed this from a place of like, I would love to do this. I feel so aligned with it. I feel like my intuition is screaming at me to do this. And what is it?

Speaker 1:

It is a 90 minute one-to-one session for female entrepreneurs who are feeling stuck in their business but they don't know why. There's like that invisible block that you can't seem to get through. Everything feels out of alignment, you feel really frustrated and you just feel a bit icky in your business. Okay, the point of this session is to take you from that to feeling like you're more aligned. To feel like you can grow your business quickly by having the most fun doing it. To feel like you're more aligned. To feel like you can grow your business quickly by having the most fun doing it. To feel like you know who you are, because when you come back to your business and you know what your core essence is and you can tap into that, your business decisions become really fucking easy. Why? Because you're doing it from a place of alignment. You're doing it from a place of. This is what is really important to me.

Speaker 1:

Okay, you get that clear vision as well, which is what we work on during the session is a clear vision of where do you want to be in the next 12 months. You know, you might say to a coach I don't know where I want to be in the next three months, but guess what? Your goal for 12 months time is going to be a lot bigger than what your goal is for next week. And when you start saying, hey, next, next, I don't know you might say in October I'm going to make thirty thousand pound from a launch that I'm going to do then this, you know, you might just kind of feel like in your soul oh my god, that's really scary and that's oh my god. But how exciting would that be? Oh my god, I would spend the money doing this. I would, oh my god, it would change my life because I would do that, like I would earn my year's salary in a month, like those types of things, that excitement, right.

Speaker 1:

Then you have like the self doubt flooding after. But you know we want to tap into that vision of like what is it? Where are you in 12 months time? What are you doing? Because if you're setting a goal that is £30,000 for September, the action that you take is going to be a lot different.

Speaker 1:

Right, and you know that might not be that's in alignment for you. You might just be like I just really want to work with clients who make me really happy, who pay on time, who are easy for me. But guess what, when you're, when you're lacking in your self worth, when you don't know who you are and what's like, you know what's important for you, like. So for me, integrity is everything. Doing the right thing, even if it's hard, is everything. So even when I get clients who come to me and I'm like you're just not the right fit, I don't want to work with you, I say no. I say no to thousands of pounds when really could I do with it, yes, but I can't do my soul that disservice anymore. And guess what, the minute I say no, something better comes along, you know, and I think, like if you have a scarcity mindset around money, that also comes into it too. But I'm going off track.

Speaker 1:

The point of the soul mapping session is that we get into your core values Like how, what is your essence? Do you know what your core values are? Is your business like? For me, this is such a controversial opinion, but you're, your core values should be your core values. They shouldn't change for the work that you do or for anything. Your core values are you. Okay.

Speaker 1:

I often see people think, oh, talk about your professional core values. No, no, no. Your core values are your core values. You know you should narrow down your top 10, which you carry through every aspect of your life. This is what authenticity is. Okay, because everyone talks about being authentic. But how the fuck do you do that? You know your core values, you know what they are and you carry them through every single aspect of your life. That's how you live with authenticity. That's how you live in alignment. That's how you allow space for your intuition to come through. Okay, because you know who you are. Then you know your vision. Right In the soul mapping session, we're going to do your vision.

Speaker 1:

What is your vision for 12 months time? Dream fucking big, because even if you shoot for the moon and you land amongst the stars, it's going to be a lot fucking higher than you capping yourself, and maybe there's just part of your soul that just wants something so fucking big that you setting these little goals are not in alignment with you. Maybe you were just meant for bigger and better things. Have a little think about that, because I think that's a really interesting question. And then you know you're going into your why, into your anchor, that thing that gets you up in the morning, that thing that motivates you.

Speaker 1:

Like I can tell you now, there was such a gear change for me when I did this, when I worked out my why going on Instagram live was, like, I'm going to do that why? Because I want to show up in the world. I want to tell people about the, the amazing things I'm doing and my perspective of the world. Before now, you'd never see me on Instagram live, or you'd see me on there like hey guys, I'm just here, I'm just waiting for people to join. Does anybody have a question for me? No, I'm not doing that. I'm showing up and I'm saying to you hey, this is what I think about this and this is why you should work with me. This is the confidence behind that. This is me showing up in my authentic voice. This is me showing up by listening to my intuition and, literally, I wake up in the morning.

Speaker 1:

I'll have, like some, I have like a like a notes page of things that have come to me, which, um, which, when I'm out walking or when I've created those moments of silence. Right, there are three S's that you need to have in your life, which is stillness, silence, solitude. This is how your intuition connects with you, because you need to give it space to be able to talk to you, right? So I'll wake up in the morning. I have, like my notes on my phone of things that have come to me during those times where I've been practicing the three s's so the stillness, the silence and the solitude and I'll just go what do I need to talk about today? What do I need to talk about today? And then I'll see something I'll be like right, that's it, and I can tell you now the motivation to get up out of bed, to get up and get in front of the camera. In five minutes, I got my hair done, my makeup done. I'm in front of the camera.

Speaker 1:

Why? Because it feels passion for me, it feels exciting, excitement for me, it feels good. And why am I doing this? Because I'm setting up a life that I love. I'm setting up a life of freedom. I'm setting up a life where I can fly to Bali if I want to. I'm working towards these goals. I'm working towards these things. I'm taking those inspired actions in the moment of inspired action, of I'm feeling inspired. Right, that's what inspired action is when you feel inspired, you do the thing. Why? Because that gives you the energy. It brings a charge. It brings the stuff that's so fucking like. People are so into it. They absolutely love it. They love the energy that's behind it. Because the energy that you bring to an offer, the energy that you bring to your business, people feel it.

Speaker 1:

If you're not feeling great about your business, guess what? You're not going to attract clients. If you're not feeling like super fucking happy and excited about the things you're talking about, you're going to attract those people who are not really excited or going to be hard work or not going to want to do the work. Your energy dictates what you attract. Okay, come on, we're a law of attraction. Now, babe, you know what we put out there is what we're attracting, so you need to know your why, because you need to know why you're attracting these people. You want to know why you're attracting and you need the actions. That's going to follow right.
